How to repair your Office 365 Apps

If you are experiencing issues with your Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), follow this process to repair them. This may help resolve errors, constant updates, or crashes.

1. Lauch AdminByRequest.

2. Launch Control panel.

3. In control panel, make sure your View by: is set to large/small icons, then select Programs and Features.

3. Scroll through this list until you find an application with the windows logo called Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - en-us.

4. Right click this program and select change.

5. You may be prompted for elevated credentials, use your own account user ID and full login password.

6. A new window will pop up. For faster results, select Quick Repair. For more thorough results that may take longer, or if quick repair did not fix the issue, select Online Repair.

7. Microsoft will begin working through the repair process. It may prompt you to save and close any Office applications you still have open.

8. You will receive this message once it has completed.
