Time Clock not Scanning or Frozen
Should the time clock not scan or responding below are some steps to try:
If the Timeclock is not responding, try restarting the workflow for the time clock.
1) On the Employee Scan screen, tap the pause button on the upper right:

2) Tap the 3-dots on the upper right corner of the Time Clock icon, then tap Restart at the lower left of the screen:

3) This should take you back to the Time Clock screen where you can test to see if functionality is restored:

Should the above not work:
1) Unplug the the time clock's network connection for about 5 seconds.
2) Plug the network cable back in and wait for it to power back up.
3) Select the Novacura link for the server, the timeclock is set to auto login.
