Clear Power Point Cache
Before carrying out the below make sure to save a copy of the file you are having issues with to your OneDrive or you will lose the changes you were trying to make.
Open PowerPoint App
Click on File - Options
Click on Save - scroll down and click on Delete Cached Files
On the next popup click on Delete Cached Files
