Enabeling Aurena Agent
This article is for enabling Aurena Agent to enable the ability to upload or view documents within IFS Aurena
1) A critical step is to open and run AdminByRequest: Click the Windows logo on your taskbar, then type AdminByRequest in the Search Bar, and finally click on Open.
2) Ensure Microsoft Edge is closed, no instances of Edge should be running.

3) Click yes on Warning Screen, then OK to acknowledge the Code of Conduct.
4) A screen will appear on the lower right of your main monitor with a 30 minute countdown of your Administrator Session.
5) Click the Windows logo on your taskbar again, but this time type Settings, and click open.

6) Click on the word Apps on the lfar left side of the screen that just opened, then on Installed Apps at the top middle of the screen:


7) Type IFS in the search bar and for both IFS Aurena Agent click the 3 dots (...) at the far right:
8) For IFS Aurena Agent select uninstall.
9) For Aurena Agent to be installed correctly: Open an Edge Window and please copy/paste the following linkl into the address bar: https://husco.ifs.cloud:48080/ and press enter.
10) From this page click on Add-ons, the click on msi file in the 2nd paragraph. Then click Open, the IFS Aurena Agent will install.

11) A pop-up for the Security Configuration will pop-up. Copy and paste the link: https://husco.ifs.cloud:48080/ then click Next.

12) If you see the following screen, you're good...otherwise contact IT via https://servicedesk.husco.com/
Note the bottom line: If the extension is not enabled, IFS Aurena Agent will not work

13) To install the IFS Aurena Agent Extension: naviget to the Add-ons screen at https://husco.ifs.cloud:48080/, then click on Add-ons

14) Within the 2nd paragraph, click Chore extension:

15) Click Get (the blue button), then Add extension in the next pop-up:


You can validate these settings by accessing Aurena and view wether Agent Available has the blue block with yes.
