Email / Outlook Signature
To create an Email Signature, please use the following guidelines:
1. Font: Averta, bolded (name only)
2. Size: 11 point (normal)
3. Color: Black
4. Signature must only include name, title, phone number(s), and website. See below example.
5. Note: “Mobile” may replace “Cell” if preferred.
6. Please include the country code to any telephone numbers

Step 1:
Click File on the far left of Microsoft Outlook
Step 2:
In the lower left, click Options
Step 3:
On the left, click Mail and then on the right, click Signatures…
Step 4:
Select New signature, name it, and click OK
Step 5:
Using the above guidelines, create your signature.
Step 6:
If you want your signature to appear on all replies, choose the name of the signature you created.
If you want a different signature, see Step 5 and create a new signature with a new name (e.g. Replies) and create it following Step 6 and assign it to Replies as shown in Step 7.
If you do not want a signature on your replies and forwards, leave this set to none.
