To rebuild an outlook profile
Step 1
Open the Control Panel > Navigate to Mail (Microsoft Outlook) >
Show Profiles
BE CAREFUL with deleting Outlook (do not delete email, but delete anything locally cached) If user has a lot of locally saved files, those will but deleted
Step 2
Add a profile > Name it > Next > Search for It > Finish
Exit Outlook / Reopen it and rebuild your mailbox that way
Also, File > Account Settings > Change Profile (hard restart of Outlook)
Alternatively:
In Outlook, choose File.
Choose Account Settings > Account Settings.
On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair.
Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you're done, restart Outlook.
